There is no need to go looking for a yellow Puebla because Jack gives you three copies of the TM for False Swipe when you talk to him in his biology class, and you have at least 30 Pokémon species in your Pokédex. To find Jack, go to the reception of the academy and interact with the tablet to travel to the right classroom. This adds to the rewards track in the Pokédex that you see when pressing X.

False Swipe is physically unable to knock out a Pokémon, so it is great when you meet Rare Wild Pokémon and you need to reduce your health. Combine it with Spore or Nuzzle to further increase your chances of catching a Pokémon.
